WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks, we source the best products from around the world for the best price and some of our items are made to order, so please allow us up to 2-3 weeks to get it to you - it will be worth the wait! 

We work on getting your order processed as fast as possible, but some things are out of our control such as the time taken to clear customs. 

However we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 14 days and we will gladly refund you.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your piece (s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return. Don't forget to include details of your order in the package so we know it is from you!
